This license is limited to the purposes of operating and providing the Services and does not transfer ownership of your content to us unless separately agreed in writing.
10.3 Content Removal
We may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms, violates law, or creates risk to the Services, users, or third parties.
Deletion of content from your account may not immediately remove all copies from backups, logs, caches, or third-party recipients.

You acknowledge that we are free to use, disclose, reproduce, license, or otherwise exploit feedback for any lawful purpose.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, tools, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, products, or services.
If you choose to access a third-party service, you do so at your own risk and subject to that third party’s terms and privacy policy.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the third-party terms that apply to any integration, payment processor, social login provider, hosting vendor, or other external service you use with Filenewer.

Some features may require a paid subscription, one-time payment, usage fee, or enterprise agreement.
14.1 Pricing and Billing

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend the account, limit access to paid features, or terminate the subscription after notice where required.
14.4 Refunds
Refunds, if any, will be governed by our refund policy, the terms shown at purchase, or applicable law. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14.5 Price Changes
We may change pricing from time to time. Where required, we will provide notice before a price change takes effect. Continued use after the change may constitute acceptance of the new price.
15. Trials, Credits, and Promotions
We may offer free trials, promotional credits, coupons, beta access, or limited-time offers.
These offers may:
Have their own terms
Be changed or discontinued at any time
Be limited to specific users, regions, or account types
Expire automatically
Convert into paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends
We reserve the right to revoke promotional access where we reasonably believe the offer was abused or misused.
16. Subscription Termination and Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through the available account settings or by contacting us, unless your plan is governed by a separate written contract.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not necessarily entitle you to a refund unless required by law or stated otherwise.

You use beta features at your own risk, and we make no guarantees regarding uptime, support, availability, or compatibility.

Technical failures
We are not liable for downtime, delay, data loss, or interruption to the extent permitted by law.
19. Acceptable Use and Fair Use

If your activity excessively burdens the Services, harms other users, or indicates abuse, we may limit, throttle, suspend, or terminate access.
We may also review unusual usage patterns to protect the platform and its users.

Terminating the account
Reporting activity to law enforcement or regulators where required or appropriate
We are not obligated to monitor all content or activity, but we may do so to protect the Services and our users.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe:
You violated these Terms
Your account presents a security or fraud risk
Your use of the Services causes harm or liability
We must do so to comply with law
Your account is inactive for a long period where allowed by law or policy
You may also stop using the Services at any time.
Upon termination:
Your right to use the Services ends immediately
Any licenses granted to you under these Terms may terminate
We may delete or retain content in accordance with law and our retention policies
Sections intended to survive termination will remain in effect

We do not warrant that:
The Services will be secure or always available
The Services will be free from defects, viruses, or harmful components
Content will never be lost, damaged, or corrupted
The Services will meet your specific needs or expectations
Any defects will be corrected immediately
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filenewer and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or reputation, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law if no payment was made, whichever is lower or otherwise applicable under law.

To the extent permitted by law, you release Filenewer from claims, demands, and damages arising out of disputes between you and other users or third parties relating to the Services. This release does not apply to claims arising from our own gross negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be waived under applicable law.
28. Dispute Resolution
Depending on your location and the plan or agreement governing your use of the Services, disputes may be resolved through negotiation, informal dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings.
If we provide a separate arbitration agreement or dispute resolution clause, that separate clause may govern instead of this section.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the matter informally first, unless prohibited by law.
29. Governing Law
